Koehler Motorsports tackles Dirt Track World Championship at Eldora Speedway
Both of the Koehler brothers and Jimmy Owens checked into Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series finale and joined a field of 59 Super Late Models for the 45th-annual Dirt Track World Championship.
With qualifying and heat races slated for night one, Jordan finished one spot out of a transfer in fourth while Evan finished seventh and Jimmy wound up sixth. On Saturday, the drivers needed a Top-2 position in their B-Main to make the 100-lap, $100,000-to-win finale. Evan finished 11th while Jimmy and Jordan came very close to making it, but came up just short.
