Koehler Motorsports Returns to Eldora for 55th-Annual World 100

Kicking off the crown jewel weekend with twin $12,000-to-win preliminary nights, Three Koehler Motorsport entries joined a field of over 100 Super Late Models at Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) for the 55th-running of the World 100.

Sporting a special Randle Chupp-inspired wrap for the weekend, Jordan Koehler raced his way into both of his preliminary features, finishing 17th on Thursday and 14th on Friday. Jordan was racing for a transfer spot in his Saturday heat race when he was caught up in a massive turn two wreck. The incident ended his weekend early.

Evan Koehler attempted to make his preliminary features, but came up short on Thursday and Friday. Evan made up three spots in his heat race on Saturday, but still came up short in his B-Main.

Jimmy Owens recorded the best weekend out of the trio as he made both preliminary features and raced his way into the 100-lap, $72,000-to-win finale. Jimmy started 18th in the World 100 and finished 22nd.
