Koehler Motorsports takes over World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte

Koehler Motorsports unloaded four cars at The Dirt Track at Charlotte (Concord, N.C.) on Wednesday as Jimmy Owens, Ricky Thornton Jr., Evan Koehler, and Jordan Koehler all competed in the 18th-annual World Finals with the World of Outlaw Case Construction Late Model Series.

After qualifying sessions were interrupted by weather on Wednesday, all drivers kicked off their week on Thursday evening for a $15,000-to-win opener. While Evan did not make the main event, both Jordan and Jimmy raced their way in and placed 20th and 12th respectively.

For another $15,000-to-win feature on Friday, Owens raced to an 11th-place finish in the feature while Jordan suffered a vicious flip in his heat race which sidelined him for the remainder of the weekend. Evan finished ninth in his LCS.

For Saturday's $25,000-to-win finale, Evan was not able to transfer to the main event while Jimmy recorded a 23rd-place finish in the 50 lapper.
