World 100 brings Jimmy Owens and Jordan Koehler to Eldora Speedway
Checking in on Wednesday afternoon for the $20,000-to-win Castrol FloRacing Night in America event, Jordan Koehler and Jimmy Owens kicked off their World 100 week with Koehler Motorsports.
While Jordan missed the week's opening event, Jimmy raced his way in and placed 17th in the 50-lap feature.
With 107 Late Models signed in for the first night of preliminary action, Koehler was able to crack the field for the first $12,000-to-win prelim feature while Owens struggled in his shootout race. The following evening, both drivers made their respective features with Jimmy scoring a Top-5 finish in fourth.
For Saturday's $57,000-to-win finale, Owens made the 54th-annual World 100 while Koehler was unable to find a spot in the feature. Completing 66 out of the scheduled 100 laps, Jimmy finished 23rd.
